Research Manager (Project Management)

Area of focus: Market Research Projects 

Reporting to: Senior Research Manager or above

The role is to ensure the research projects can be completed on time with quality according to client’s requirements, time frame and budget.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor progress to ensure the objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames and budget
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g. research, operations) to implement project management practice across all projects
  • Review project proposals to determine time frame, budget and procedures for accomplishing projects
  • Provide day-to-day liaison with external clients to make sure the project status is well communicated
  • Provide independent advice on the management of projects
  • Adopt necessary standard and best practices for project management and ensure compliance


  • University degree holder, at least 4 years in project management role

Skill (including technical and people skill)

  • Proven experience in managing projects with ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Candidates with regional and mystery shopper experience would definitely be an advantage
  • Excellent communication with different levels of internal and external clients
  • Good analytical skill with high sense of curiosity and dedication in solving problems
  • Good computer skills including MS Office and other softwares
  • Able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin or other languages in South East Asia is a plus
